We invite you to review the following information before confirming your experience with us.

Our Promise

At Andean Bloom, every journey is thoughtfully crafted to provide an authentic, safe, and memorable experience. Our commitment is to support you at every stage with transparency, dedication, and personalized service.

Booking Confirmation

By making a reservation through any of our channels, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Once your request is received:

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation with your submitted details
  • Our team will verify availability within a maximum of 48 hours

Traveler Information

To ensure a smooth and well-organized experience, we kindly request the following information for each traveler:

  • Full name (as shown on passport)
  • Passport number
  • Nationality and age
  • Contact details
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Relevant medical conditions

This information allows us to take care of every detail of your journey.

Payments & Reservation Guarantee

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required.

The remaining balance must be paid up to 1 day prior to departure, as coordinated with your travel advisor.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • International payment platforms

All transaction or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans may change; therefore, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations:

  • More than 91 days before departure: administrative fee applies
  • Between 31 and 60 days: 50% of the total trip cost
  • 30 days or less: 100% of the total cost

Unused services are non-refundable.

Changes requested by the traveler:

  • Management fee: USD $35
  • Services with non-refundable tickets: USD $80

All changes are subject to availability.

Experience Flexibility

To ensure your safety and the quality of the service, Andean Bloom reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary.

You will always be informed as early as possible.

External Factors

Certain circumstances beyond our control may affect the operation of your trip, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation delays
  • Government regulations
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, Andean Bloom cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

During Your Journey

We aim to create harmonious and respectful travel experiences. Therefore, we kindly ask all travelers to:

  • Respect local laws and culture
  • Follow the guidance of our team
  • Maintain respectful behavior within the group

Failure to comply may result in removal from the experience without refund.

Health & Wellbeing

Travelers are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions prior to the trip.

Each traveler must carry any necessary medication and ensure proper treatment during the journey.

Luggage

We recommend traveling light and carrying only essentials.

Each traveler is responsible for their luggage at all times.
